Useful notes for new-comers

I will I get from coming at an event or activity?

Much more than you can imagine. First of all, you gain access to interesting people, as the startup ecosystem is build by innovation the people that make it up are the most innovative of the times. You will learn things that are not really talked about in most places, regarding technology, business opportunities and endeavors that are now starting. Most importantly you get the best opportunity to find a friend who one day might become your co-founder.

How do I start conversations with strangers at the event?

Most of the time it seems daunting to start conversations with strangers especially when you are in a new environment. The first step is to relax and the second is to remember that almost all the people you meet at our events have a shared interest in science, innovation or business. Be respectful try to start a conversation on topics such as the news about the ecosystem or the reason they are here today or if they are working on a project.

I am not an NTUA Student can I attend?

All students and professionals are welcome. STEM students and ecosystem partners of all ages can join the ecosystem and gain access to the events
